First five clients: The audit is free instead of ₹9,999, and the first build is priced at the bottom of its band. In return I ask for one thing once it has run a month: permission to describe what was built and the hours it saved, with your name on it only if you are happy for it to be.

Every build is one fixed price, agreed in writing before anything starts, and it does not move once we begin. Half to start, half a week after it is running on your real data.

I take on two builds at a time. That is a real limit, not a sales line — I do this alongside a full-time DevOps job, and a build I cannot finish properly is worth nothing to either of us.

Questions from Badlapur

Can the whole thing be done remotely?

For a quick win, often yes — a call to watch the job over a screen share, then build and hand over remotely. For anything touching a shop floor or a physical register, I would rather come once and see it.

We only have one job worth automating. Is that enough to be worth your time?

Yes. One job is the normal starting point, and it is a better first project than a long list. If nothing else follows, that is a perfectly good outcome.

We do something odd that no software handles. Can you still automate it?

Usually, yes — that is the whole point of building it rather than selling you a product. Show me the job once. If the rules can be written down, it can almost always be built.

Do you only work with one kind of business?

No. Companies, factories, agencies and institutes all end up with the same problem: a person doing a job that a schedule should be doing. The industry changes the details, not the approach.

Our software vendor says integration is not possible.

Rarely the end of it. If a system can export a file, print a report, send an email or reach a database, it can usually be automated around without touching the vendor's software or breaking your support contract.
