How it works
You don't buy software and figure it out. We set it up around how your institute already works, train your staff, and check in every month.
From demo to go-live
Day 1
We visit your institute
We sit with the owner and reception for about an hour, see how enquiries come in today, and agree on the status names and the form.
Step 1 of 4Day 2
We build it in your Google account
The enquiry form, the reception QR code, today's calls list and the weekly report, with your current enquiries imported.
Step 2 of 4Day 3
Your staff learn it in 30 minutes
We train reception and counsellors on their own phones, then you go live the same day.
Step 3 of 4Every month
A 30-minute review
We look at your numbers together: where enquiries came from, how many were called, and how many joined.
Step 4 of 4
What your team does each day
- Reception
- Adds each walk-in or phone enquiry in about 20 seconds, or lets the parent scan the QR code.
- Counsellor
- Opens today's calls each morning, calls or WhatsApps with one tap, and picks the next status.
- Owner
- Gets an alert for each new enquiry and reads one report every Monday.
What we need from you
- A Google account for the institute (a free Gmail account is fine)
- The names and phone numbers of staff who handle enquiries
- Your current enquiry register, Excel file or lead-ad sheet, if you have one
- About an hour with the owner on day 1, and 30 minutes with staff on day 3
After it is running
Once admissions are handled, the monthly review stops being about the system and starts being about the rest of your week. Nearly every institute names the same kind of thing: the fee list somebody rebuilds every Monday, the report cards that eat a Sunday, the receipts written by hand.
You name one, we quote a fixed price for it, and it gets built the same way — in your own Google account, around how your staff already work. You are never obliged to ask for anything more.
